  • Is BizEng Academy self-paced or structured?

    It’s a blend. The core lessons are self-paced, so you can study at a time and rhythm that suits you. To ensure steady progress, the programme also provides weekly WhatsApp challenges to practise key areas, opportunities to test out any language you’ve learned and receive feedback, dedicated Q&A sessions to address your questions, and Zoom Speaking Workshops every two weeks designed to actively practise and consolidate the language covered in the lessons.

  • Where are the lessons?

    All lessons are hosted on the Thinkific platform, where you can log in anytime and study at your own pace.

  • What happens in the WhatsApp group?

    The WhatsApp group is your interactive learning space. Each week, you’ll receive targeted challenges designed to help you apply key language from the lessons. You can also share any other phrases or situations you want to practise and receive feedback from both the trainer and fellow learners. The group also hosts Q&A sessions, where you can get answers to specific questions and guidance on refining your communication.

  • How long do I have access to the programme?

    You’ll have full access to the lessons and community for as long as your subscription is active. New lessons are added monthly.

  • When does my subscription renew?

    Your subscription renews automatically on the same day of the month you joined.

  • Can I enrol if I’m at a B1 level?

    You can if you’re at a higher B1 level. All lessons are in English, so if you’re below this level, it may be too challenging and overwhelming to follow.

  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Yes. You can cancel anytime by logging into your Lemon Squeezy account and selecting Manage Subscription.

  • Are there live lessons included?

    The Pro plan includes Zoom Speaking Workshops every two weeks where you practise and consolidate the language from the lessons. This format gives you enough time to learn sustainably without feeling overwhelmed.
